About Your Spa Visit
When You Arrive
To fully enjoy your visit, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. A spa staff member will show you our facilities and explain your selected services.
While You Are Here
For facial, massage and body treatments: We provide lockers, a spa robe, slippers. towels, and complimentary toiletries and hair care products.
We Welcome Groups
Bridal Parties, Sweet 16. Corporate Events, and more! Spend part of the day or the whole day with friends at the spa. We accommodate groups of any size. Ask our spa staff about details and group discounts.

Arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with the cancellation policy. Please respect the spa’s schedule by providing a minimum of four hours cancellation if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Spa packages require 24 hour notice.
Scheduling Policy
Please keep in mind that arriving late may require the spa to abbreviate the service duration, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Gratuities
Gratuities (typically 15-20%) are left to your discretion and based upon your level of satisfaction with your personal care provider. Envelopes are provided upon check-out, or you may add any gratuity to a credit charge.
Valuables
Although Euodia provides lockers, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please leave your valuables at home on spa days
Health Issues
Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or any other condition that may prohibit a particular treatment
Expecting Mothers
All massages, including our pregnancy massage are only available to guests after their first trimester is completed. A doctor’s note maybe required.
Cell Phones
To help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere, cell phones and any other electronic devices need to be turned off or on silent upon entering the spa.
